Individual lessons

Markéta Novotná
After eight years of working in a corporate segment I decided to come back to my former profession which was English teaching. I believe that learning can be a real fun for everyone, no matter if you are a child or an adult. I would love to show to the students that they can learn English without swotting up vocabulary and rules. Enjoyable and meaningful lessons can motivate students to engage in learning and develop their language and communication skills.
Tomáš Vondra
I have lived and worked in Australia for 30 years. I spent 15 of those years focusing on training people in finance and healthcare. I really believe that learning should be fun and meaningful. When people enjoy what they’re learning, they pay more attention and remember it better. I love teaching and I’m committed to helping my students achieve their goals. I want to inspire and motivate people from all backgrounds to reach their full potential.

I have been intensively studying English all my life, both at school and on extracurricular courses. After my graduation from the high school, I continue in studying English at a language school. English has always been primarily a hobby for me. I would like to teach English and give new knowledge through funny games, activities and a positive attitude rather than forcing students into compulsory and pointless cramming. I like working with children and I do believe that in this way we will gain new knowledge together.

Znáte to, když přemýšlíte v jiném jazyce, než ve kterém se potřebujete vyjádřit? Celý život jsem němčinář, německé firmy, známí v Rakousku. A najednou potřeba angličtiny – firemní komunikace, a co si budeme povídat, hodí se i na cestách. Tak jsem začala u Tomáše s hodinami konverzace. Před rokem se mi v hlavě honily německé výrazy a v angličtině ani ty nejjednodušší prostě nenaskakovaly. Dnes naskakují a komunikuji, za necelý rok. Chce to pravidelnost a mluvit a mluvit. Než se naše děti začaly učit u Tomáše, angličtina je nebavila. Teď jim přijde zábavná a dokonce si dělají domácí úkoly sami od sebe.
Tomáš je skvělý učitel angličtiny. Chodím k němu já i moje děti. Dokáže udělat lekce zábavnou a pestrou formou. Při hodinách se konverzuje o různých tématech (školství, životní prostředí, politika, zdraví). Každá lekce je jiná, což je moc fajn. Je mi 45 a Tomáš je jediný učitel, který dokázal, že mluvím a nebojím se mluvit.?
